Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Champion human centered experiences across every stage of recruitment and onboarding.
- Lead and support Talent Acquisition and Onboarding projects and initiatives aligned to business priorities.
- Define and monitor metrics and KPIs related to Talent Acquisition and Onboarding.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and ensure consistency of employer brand messaging across platforms.
- Develop and implement initiatives that embed diversity and inclusion principles across all Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes.
- Manage relationships with and the performance of service providers.
- Leverage data analytics to provide insights on TA and onboarding performance and efficiency.
- Develop talent market intelligence insights and build frameworks to proactively identify and engage external talent pipelines for critical roles. Provide strategic recommendations to optimise sourcing approaches across both passive and active talent markets.
- Collaborate with P&O business leaders and hiring managers to align talent acquisition and onboarding strategies with evolving workforce priorities and business objectives.
- Define and implement tools frameworks and enablers to strengthen operational recruitment delivery and consistency across the organisation.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to drive operational excellence high performance and accountability across recruitment delivery teams.
- Leverage technology to standardise automate and digitise recruitment and onboarding processes enabling greater efficiency and an improved stakeholder experience.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of talent acquisition and onboarding processes systems and technology.
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience:
- 57 years relevant experience
- NQF 7 Human Resource Degree/BTech or National Diploma
- Postgraduate Degree or similar will be advantageous.
Technical knowledge(experience) required for role:
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruitment platforms and onboarding tools.
- Strong understanding of HR reporting systems and advanced talent analytics capability with a focus on translating data into actionable insights to drive performance and efficiency.
- Experience in managing employer branding campaigns and content across various platforms.
- Expertise in developing successful sourcing strategies for scarce and critical skills including passive candidate engagement and talent pooling.
- Strong experience in managing vendors and driving performance.
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition within Human Resources with exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning sourcing selection onboarding and stakeholder engagement across multiple levels of the organisation.
- Senior/Executive level stakeholder engagement experience.
- Excellent understanding of legislation related codes and agreements applicable to the organisation.
- The ability to create a psychological safe environment to encourage reporting of BHV and GBV.
- Advanced capability in driving organisational and team effectiveness shaping culture facilitating change and consulting on and preparing high quality reports to support decision making and action planning.
