Job Description
About your tasks:
- Shape our pricing strategy by continuously improving and implementing our pricing model to drive profitability
- Analyze and optimize prices based on key KPIs to ensure the best balance between sales and margin growth
- Monitor financial impacts of pricing decisions and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams including Country Management Category Management and Performance Marketing to align pricing and margin strategies
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and extract key insights
- Enhance pricing tools and processes to support datadriven decisionmaking
Qualifications :
About you:
- You are experienced in pricing revenue management or a similar field ideally in an ecommerce or retail environment
- You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to drive decisionmaking. You possess strong Excel skills and ideally also have other tool knowledge for example in R or Python
- You have a proactive approach and a strategic yet handson mentality continuously looking for opportunities to optimize and improve
- You enjoy collaborating with different teams and have fluent English skills
- You can work remotely a lot if you like but you are able and willing to come to the Cologne office once a week
Additional Information :
This position is planned as a parttime role with 20 hours per week.
While were currently not offering it as a fulltime position were open to flexibility: if youre interested in working slightly more or fewer hours feel free to apply anyway wed be happy to discuss what working hours suit you best.
