Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing healthcare team in Snohomish. As a PTA you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility manage pain and recover from injuries through evidencebased treatment approaches.
- Evaluate patients conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Perform handson therapeutic techniques and manual therapy
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and movement patterns
- Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs
- Assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patient care
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities and equipment
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions
Qualifications :
To be a part of our team youll need to possess the following:
- Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure: Hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Washington showcasing your expertise and dedication to the profession.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $32.00 $36.00. Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other jobrelated qualifications and geography. Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off and other benefits are also available subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
