Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Analyst in Change Management to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the design development and implementation of change management strategies and activities associated with various client projects and initiatives within the US. Our ideal candidate is confident in their abilities and in their ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders working to ensure a smooth transition foster user adoption and minimize resistance during the change process.

This hybrid position is based in our Philadelphia office with 4 days inoffice and 1 day remote each week. Its a 5 to 6month W2 hourly contract with potential for extension.

The hourly rate is $70 $80. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as 401 (k) match health insurance professional development training our referral bonus program and our wellness program.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively and independently implements change management methodology processes and tools to support adoption of changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Build stakeholder relationships to drive operational readiness planning assessment and implementation activities impact assessments communications user experience UAT and training support.
  • Leads analysis and design of existing and new business processes that span multiple areas of the organization including customer operations sales operations marketing training finance and legal.
  • Gains indepth knowledge of specific project(s) under their responsibility and build relevant technical acumen.
  • Leads the management of cross functional relationships including but not limited to indirect management of teams involved in project lifecycle.
  • Leads the design of medium to large sized project(s) and creates a proposed future state design. Uses empathy to account for people impacts.
  • Leads backlog and task prioritization for their projects.
  • Helps to define success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track monitor and measure the success of those metrics.
  • Completes assessments of business processes and documents each of the following areas: problem statements change impacts process flows gap analyses and solution recommendations.
  • Develops repeatable and thus scalable plans and processes in order to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.
  • Interacts closely with matrixed crossfunctional teams (both field and corporate) in order to secure alignment.
  • Diagnoses corrects and documents issues risks and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management within largescale enterprisewide transformation projects is critical.
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR Prosci).
    • Prosci Change Practitioner Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to proactively build relationships to influence stakeholders work with crossfunctional teams and engage with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in training and development for large user groups.
  • Experience with the following applications/systems is a plus:
    • UKG Pro Workforce Management suite e.g. Time and Attendance Payroll HR
    • ADP GlobalView Payroll
    • Workforce Management Financial and HR ERP systems
    • ServiceNow Platform
