Job Description

The Capital Markets Analyst responsibilities span a number of domains from Capital Markets to Data Science and Marketing Analytics with a focus on identifying and executing on growth opportunities for the industry; focusing on the companys pricing strategy; maintaining reporting and valuation frameworks; and involvement in key initiatives in other areas (such as marketing).

Primary Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage Pricing Strategy across Retail WS and Closed Loan channels.
  • Implement the daytoday pricing strategy to meet revenue targets and maximize the companys profitability stability and growth.
  • Aid the Wholesale Sales department in maintaining key partner relationships.
  • Develop and maintain reporting & valuation frameworks across all channels.
  • Develop and oversee marketing initiatives for retail.
  • Assist various business units heavily analytics or data focused issues.
  • Additional adhoc requests initiatives and projects as needed.

 


Qualifications :

Required Education and Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role within the mortgage industry.
  • Bachelors or Graduates Degree in business finance or business administration.
  • Ability to communicate with tact while demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Proficient excel skills and strong overall computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong ability to make difficult decisions.
  • Ability to enable datadriven decisions .
  • Demonstrated problem solving decisionmaking skills sound judgment and product knowledge.
  • Can prioritize tasks and pay strict attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner be selfmotivated and proactive and display composure and calmness under stress and uncertainty while inspiring the same in others.
