You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Summary: We are looking for a meticulous SAP CX V2 Tester with expertise in Digital and Marketing modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and functionality of SAP CX V2 systems focusing on digital marketing workflows campaign management and customer engagement processes. This role involves developing and executing test plans identifying and resolving issues and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans and test cases for SAP CX V2 systems specifically in Digital and Marketing modules.
Perform functional integration regression and performance testing to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Validate marketing workflows campaign configurations and customer engagement processes to ensure compliance with business requirements.
Identify document and track software defects collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand testing requirements and provide feedback on system improvements.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for testing processes defect identification and resolution.
Stay updated on the latest testing tools methodologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
3 years of experience in SAP testing with a focus on Digital and Marketing modules.
Proficiency in testing tools such as HP Quality Center JIRA and Selenium.
Strong knowledge of SAP CX V2 modules and functionalities.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Certification in SAP CX or related modules is a plus.
