Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including networking events cold calls and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and align them with Lignum Security s solutions to deliver tailored value propositions.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to Clevel executives business decisionmakers and small business owners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare customized proposals quotes and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Marketing Campaign Support
- Assist in the of marketing campaigns including digital social media and email outreach efforts.
- Represent Lignum Security at trade shows conferences and networking events to promote the company s services and build brand awareness.
- Collect feedback from clients and prospects to refine marketing messages and strategies.
- Reporting and Sales Tracking
- Track and report sales activities including leads conversions and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager on sales performance and client feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent experience in sales or marketing may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 24 years of experience in a sales or marketing role preferably in the cybersecurity IT or technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho CRM Salesforce HubSpot) for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions and their business benefits is a plus.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms for outreach.
