About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development professional to drive our expansion in international markets primarily the US Europe and Middle East. This role involves identifying and closing new business opportunities managing client and partner relationships and contributing to strategic growth plans.
Candidates with a background in ERP/CRM solution sales such as Odoo SAP Salesforce or similar platforms preferably Odoo will be given preference. This is a highimpact role for someone with a hunter mindset a knack for building trust and a proven record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development in international markets particularly the US Europe and Middle East.
- Identify and close highvalue deals in the software solutions and enterprise applications space.
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients channel partners and strategic allies.
- Lead or support regional sales teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute gotomarket strategies including lead generation partner enablement and market entry.
- Collaborate closely with the product delivery and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activities market trends and customer needs.
- Represent the company at international events trade shows and client meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 8 10 years of experience in B2B sales of software solutions.
- Proven success in international sales with demonstrable achievements in target markets.
- Strong background in selling ERP/CRM solutions (e.g. Odoo SAP Salesforce Zoho Microsoft Dynamics Odoo ERP.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing or mentoring sales teams.
- Comfortable with international travel as required.
- Selfmotivated strategic thinker with a proactive attitude and business acumen.
- Bachelor s degree in Business IT or a related field (MBA is a plus).
