Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Portuguesespeaking customers across various platforms including phone email and live chat.

Address customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive experience with our services.

Provide detailed information regarding our products and services to assist customers effectively.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve customer service quality.

Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and service improvements.



Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.

Strong communication skills with a customercentric approach.

Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive attitude toward customer support.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a team environment.
