telecaller job primarily involves making outbound and handling inbound calls to generate leads promote products/services and provide customer service. Telecallers are essentially the voice of a company connecting with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships. They may also answer inquiries resolve complaints and maintain accurate records of interactions.
