Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and experienced lecturers in Arithmetic and Statistics to join our esteemed faculty team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in their respective fields with a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a stimulating learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures and practical sessions in Arithmetic and Statistics ensuring alignment with the colleges academic standards.
- Lesson Planning: Create detailed lesson plans and course materials that facilitate effective learning and understanding.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through assignments exams and projects providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Research and Development: Engage in academic research to stay current with advancements in the field and integrate new knowledge into teaching practices.
- Mentorship: Provide academic guidance and support to students assisting them in their educational and career pursuits.
- Professional Development: Participate in continuous professional development and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Msc (Stats) M (Maths)
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of teaching experience in a higher education setting preferably at a degree college.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Arithmetic or Statistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Screening Process:
- Written Test: A subjectspecific exam to assess proficiency in Arithmetic or Statistics.
- Proficiency Test: Evaluation of skills in MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Interview: An interview to assess teaching philosophy experience and fit with the college s values.
- Teaching Demonstration: A mock class session to demonstrate teaching abilities and subject knowledge.

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification. Proven experience as a Primary Social science Teacher 1 - 3 years Excellent Communication Skills. Strong passion for education and fostering a love for Social Science in young learners Should have good knowledge of subject with good experience. Students handling skills in the classroom.
