Job Opening: Workday Senior Developer/Consultant/Lead/Manager
Our client a leading global Fortune 500 IT solutions company is in need of a Technical/Functional Consultant with expertise in PeopleSoft/Workday to deliver specialized consultancy services. The position requires a combination of technical and functional skills to support configure and enhance PeopleSoft/Workday applications according to business needs.
Required Skills:
Workday Technical Consultant
- Creation implementation and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications.
- Proficiency in PeopleCode SQR Application Engine and Integration Broker.
Workday Functional Consultant
- Examination of business requirements and translation into functional designs.
- Configuration and testing of various PeopleSoft modules.

Pan India
Experience:
3 years
Workday Functional:
- Experience Range: 4 12 Years
- Location: PAN India
- Skills:
- Active Workday Certification in any functional sub skills.
- Handson experience in functional modules implementation or support.
- Comprehensive understanding of processes.
- Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
- Experience in gathering business requirements designing prototyping testing and implementing requirements under multiple deadlines.
- Active Workday Certification in any functional sub skills.
Workday Integration:
- Experience Range: 4 12 Years
- Location: PAN India
- Skills:
- Active Workday Certification in Integrations Core and specialized areas.
- Experience in various aspects of Workday Integrations such as WD APIs EIB Connectors Document Transformations Workday Studio and Workday CCTPPTM.
- Project experience in a technical or technofunctional role on one or more ERP implementation and post golive projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST JSON SOAP HTTP SSL PGP SAML etc..
- Active Workday Certification in Integrations Core and specialized areas.
Workday Finance:
- Experience Range: 4 12 Years
- Location: PAN India
- Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Workday solutions.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting domains.
- Proficiency in designing custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
- Capability in conducting system audits and ensuring data integrity.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Workday solutions.
Requirements

- Active Workday Certification in relevant areas for Workday Functional and Workday Integration
Active Workday Certification in Integrations Core and specialized areas. Experience in various aspects of Workday Integrations such as WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformations, Workday Studio, and Workday CCTPPTM. Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation and post go-live projects.
