Job Description
We are hiring for Airport Ground Staff positions. This role is perfect for freshers/entrylevel candidates looking to start their career in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with checkin procedures and baggage handling.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to travellers.
- Coordinate with ground operations team to ensure smooth flight schedules.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in boarding and onboarding of passengers.
