Job Description

Shift: Days/Evenings usually 4x10s with possible oncall. (Oncall is typically: one weekend of call a month one day on call per week and one late shift per week.*Exact shift hours and oncall responsibilities to be discussed on the interviewNBSTSA certification is required at the time of submission. This is a CVOR position: Cardiac experience is required to be considered. The facility is looking for a CST that is able to perform open heart surgery cases. Please only submit if candidate is strong in this area: Must be competent in CT surgery but thoracic is accepted Agency to send verification at time of submission) that degree is be from a Commission of Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) accredited program with a Surgical Technology facility will accept local candidates for this position. Facility can call off up to 3 shifts for 13week contract and 2 shifts less than 13week contract. Expected to work every other holiday. Eight hours of nonbillable orientation.
