Job Description
We are seeking a RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a 13week travel/contract assignment in Rochester New York. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 10hr Day
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $3000 $3120
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures including diagnostic and interventional cases.
- Monitor patient vital signs sedation levels and overall condition throughout procedures.
- Administer medications contrast agents and IV therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians radiologic technologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and procedures.
- Respond to emergencies with critical thinking and rapid intervention.
- Participate in oncall rotation 810 shifts per month) for urgent procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MUST HAVE Cardiac Cath Lab experience (IR experience only is NOT accepted).
- RN License: Valid New York State RN License.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience required.
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Required
- Strong understanding of cardiac procedures hemodynamics and ECG interpretation.
