Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Trainee to assist in managing our company intranet (Interact technology). In this hybrid role you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create schedule and update intranet content daily weekly and monthly. Additionally youll provide basic IT support especially in user management utilizing tools such as Microsoft Entra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create and manage engaging content on the intranet.
- Ensure timely content updates following daily weekly and monthly schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content accuracy and relevance.
- Provide basic technical support related to intranet management particularly user management and permissions via Microsoft Entra.
- Monitor intranet usage and suggest improvements based on user engagement and feedback.
Desired Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Information Technology or related fields.
- Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) preferably Interact Intranet or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) or similar identity management solutions.
- Medium knowledge of Microsofts Clarity
- Strong written communication skills attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proactive collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
- Team player proactive curious and eager to learn.
