Job Description
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Production experience
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Basic MS Office experience
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Forklift driving experience a plus
- Able to lift over 50lbs
- Experience driving a pickup truck and flatbed trailer
- Experience with shipping and receiving
- Good attendance record

- Ensures materials and boxes are all labeled correctly prior to shipment.
- Collaborates with shipping to ensure all outgoing goods have packing slips and any other shipping documentation required by the customer or customs.
- Ensures shipping has all material needed for shipments.
- Backfill in shipping and delivery driving as needed to ensure ontime delivery.
- Assists with developing and maintaining the selection training and motivation of all production personnel.
- Provides feedback relative to employee performance.
- Plans the production/pick schedule to ensure ontime delivery for jobs assigned to the team.
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the equipment and tools available for the teams production builds exhibiting proficiency in their usage.
- Helps manage and reduce s as a percentage of sales.
- Collaborates with Production Supervisor and Delivery Driver when it comes to planning and scheduling deliveries.
- As much as in their control work with Operations Manager and Production Supervisor to track and hit monthly goals.
- Coordinates with purchasing and production to ensure back orders are completed in a timely fashion.
- Provides accurate inventory counts to assist with inventory management and manufacturing material controls.
- Understands the importance of their role in obtaining Vista Quality Objectives
