Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager
Our client is a growing developer who focus on building residential projects from Luxury Custom Homes Lowrise towns to Highrise are in Toronto and their project portfolio is growing aggressively. They are looking to hire an accomplished Project Manager who can work as an Owners Representative during the various stages of Development and Construction.
You would be expected to represent the Company as its agent in all matters relating to the performance of contractors and consultants agreements and make recommendations to the Company with respect to any matters in planning and implementing schedules subtrade tendering analysis issue contracts and performance monitoring.Regularly lead project meetings and attend at the site during the course of construction to review the progress of construction and report to the Company with respect to such matters. Representation at City meetings to coordinate with City lawyers planning consultants and surveyors. Securing permits approvals and contract tendering.
Essentially you would be the prime liaison between Construction Managers and consultants. You would effectively communicate with all stakeholders including the operational management team during finishing stages of the project to ensure all technical building requirements are met.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Residential construction Custom Homes midrise to highrise you must have worked in an owners representative capacity for at least one full construction cycle
- Excellent communication skills leadership ability and organization skills
