Two Circles is a global sports marketing agency that uses data to drive commercial growth for over 900 of the worlds leading sports properties including the NFL Premier League UEFA F1 and Wimbledon. Its Rights Management team focuses on sponsorship sales with storytelling & selling on emotion at the forefront of our partnership propositions taking them to market seeking to deliver greater value and impact for partners whilst driving commercial growth for clients.

To date the European arm of the Rights Management division has secured $1.2bn in sponsorship revenue for their clients. Delivering some of the biggest partnerships in world sport for the likes of NZ Rugby the ECB Juventus Arsenal and Mercedes Formula 1. The Rights Management team is supported by a 60 strong team of creative strategy insight & ops professionals 20 of which are creatives).



Requirements

We are looking to hire a Commercial Operations Executive to join our Right Management Division in Australia. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and highly organised you are the glue of our sponsorship sales capability! Your role is to implement project plans across the diverse portfolio of clients that we sell sponsorship rights for. You will work closely with our sales managers as well as other sales support functions including design and insights.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Quality control & responsibility for the weekly output of bespoke outreach materials that the Sales team use to approach prospects
  • Creative collaboration with the Design team to create bespoke and premium physical materials & gifting for sponsorship sales meetings
  • Track global logistics through delivery partners to ensure that physical partnership proposals are delivered on time to CEOs and CMOs around the world
  • Coordinate the creation of sales materials including but not limited to client media shoots event & hosting opportunities premium presentation packs & bespoke digital websites
  • Upload & maintain our sales data in Salesforce tracking engagement & conversion
  • Be the daytoday contact on process management budget tracking & stock control
  • Build great relationships with each team using and developing brilliant communication skills to ensure that project deadlines are hit
  • Use sales engagement data to analyse and improve our processes
