Community Empowerment Lab is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Associates to ensure the accurate and timely collection of birth data from ASHAs and to conduct telephonic followups with families. This fulltime position plays a vital role in supporting public health initiatives aimed at reducing neonatal mortality rates in the Varanasi region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong commitment to data accuracy and a passion for improving maternal and newborn health outcomes.

EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in telecalling community outreach or data collection is desirable 12 years preferred).
EDUCATION: (a) Applicant should be a graduate or masters in a related field.

We are the Collaborative Centre of Excellence for Indian Council of Medical Research joining hands with several scientific research organizations panIndia to address numerous national priorities and build a future scientific workforce for the country! We are also an ICMR Centre for Advanced Research for Neonatal and Maternal Health working on providing solution for newborn survival. In Uttar Pradesh we support UP National Health Mission as a newborn survival specialist through UP TSU (Uttar Pradesh Technical Support Unit).
