In this highimpact clientfacing role youll partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored technical solutions to prospects and customers. Youll play a key part in aligning prospect needs with Kryterions capabilities; bringing clarity confidence and creativity to every sales conversation.

What Youll Do
- Support Sales Conversations: Partner with Account Executives during discovery and demo calls to identify client needs and recommend strategic solutions.
- Showcase Our Platform: Present indepth demos of Kryterions Webassessor platform and services including test development delivery security and proctoring.
- Design Custom Solutions: Translate client requirements into scalable effective solutions based on testing goals delivery models and audience demographics.
- Lead Technical Responses: Contribute to RFPs RFIs and proposals by providing technical insights and ensuring accurate compelling content.
- Enable Sales Success: Develop and maintain demo environments technical documentation and sales tools to help the team close deals effectively.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide clients on best practices for secure highstakes exam delivery integration strategies and technical setup.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Client Success and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs and seamless implementation.
What Youll Bring
Required:
- 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering Solutions Consulting or Technical Account Management (SaaS or EdTech experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of webbased technologies APIs cloud infrastructure and SaaS environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms
- Experience supporting enterpriselevel sales cycles and managing technical client conversations
- Excellent problemsolving and coordination skills
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the online testing credentialing or certification industries
- Experience with proctoring tools test development platforms or LMS integrations
- Familiarity with data security identity protection and privacy protocols in digital assessment environments
