Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Designation: Finance Associate
Job Description & Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
As a Finance Associate you will be an integral part of our finance team responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Payment Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile payments with partners (platforms and publishers) to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Invoicing and Payments: Generate invoices follow up on outstanding payments from clients process vendor payments accurately and on time and handle inhouse employee reimbursements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present weekly financial reports as required.
- Bank Communication: Liaise with banks for various activities including remittances accountrelated coordination and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Auditor Coordination: Communicate effectively with the appointed Auditor regarding statutory compliances including TDS GST Income Tax Returns (ITR) Registrar of Companies (RoC) filings FEMA regulations and outward remittances.
- Document Management: Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial documents including agreements invoices and compliancerelated paperwork.
- Forex Remittances: Process and issue outward foreign exchange remittances to international clients in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Cashflow Planning: Assist in the development and monitoring of cashflow projections.
- Tally Updates: Ensure timely and accurate updation of financial entries in Tally for auditor processing.
- Memberships & Subscriptions: Apply for and maintain memberships and subscriptions to relevant industry associations and services.
Salary Bracket: 1.8 Lakhs Per Annum (negotiable based on candidate profile)
Educational Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance discipline
Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
