Please note that this role can be based in Melbourne Sydney or Newcastle.

What You Will Get to Do:

As a Sr Business Systems Analyst you will lead and empower a crossfunctional teamincluding architects business analysts developers and QAusing bestpractice methodologies to ensure delivery aligns with agreed timelines quality standards business objectives and governance measures. In this role you will also be responsible for engaging client and business stakeholders.

• Assessing validating and mapping the data requirements and ensuring that analysis standards and practices are met.
• Analysing and validating business and system solutions and contributing to other written requirement deliverables necessary to increase the business value and/or ensure quality of services and solutions.
• Production of data load specification data mapping documentation and user stories including detailed acceptance criteria to support successful outcomes.
• Assure solutions adhere to requirements through the development and testing lifecycle through trusted partnerships with developers testers and business stakeholders.
• Workshop requirements facilitation and solution demonstration play back.
• Requirement Traceability and change management.
• Support of the cross functional delivery team throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure documentation is uptodate versioncontrolled and auditready.

What You Will Bring:

• 5 years of business analyst experience in Superannuation Wealth Management Transfer Agency Investments or Software delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills across all enterprise levels.
• Strong experience facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in requirements elicitation definition traceability and management across different delivery methodologies
• Strong skill and experience in business process analysis process improvement and process modelling.
• Exceptional experience in SQL server data migration and reconciliation process.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Clientfocused mindset fostering collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication skills articulate and persuasive.
• Highly motivated proactive with strong problemsolving abilities.
• Calm and assertive under pressure ensuring effective problemsolving.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide business analysts and project teams.
