Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides a broad range of therapeutic and psychiatric social work services to mentally or emotionally disturbed patients.
- Acts as a liaison with hospitals clinics referral sources and other medical professionals/centers affiliated with the facility.
- Collaborates with psychiatric and interdisciplinary teams in diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Assess relative cognitive behavioral or emotional problems.
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications or Skill Required: Masters degree in human services field. Must be licensed in the State of Michigan; limited or full licensure welcomed.
Experience: Twothree years of experience or related experience preferably in community mental health.
Licenses Certifications registrations: Current State of Michigan LMSW (Licensed Masters Social Work) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).
