Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute AIdriven testing strategies to optimize software quality assurance processes and lifecycle.
- Design and implement automated AIpowered testing frameworks to improve efficiency accuracy and scalability.
- Utilize machine learning techniques for intelligent test automation anomaly detection and predictive analytics in software testing.
- Collaborate closely with testers software engineers DevOps and product teams to integrate AIenhanced quality assurance best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain benchmarks for evaluating the effectiveness of AIdriven testing solutions.
- Advocate for continuous improvement in AI testing methodologies tools and best practices.
- Keep up with emerging trends and advancements in AI for software testing contributing to industry discussions and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI Machine Learning or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years focused on AIdriven automation.
- Strong understanding of machine learning models deep learning architectures and AI lifecycle management.
- Handson experience with AIpowered testing tools and frameworks
- Proficiency in Python Java or other programming languages used in AIdriven testing automation.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks enhanced with AI capabilities.
- Experience in using AI techniques to enhance test automation defect prediction and intelligent test case generation.
- Proven leadership experience managing test teams and driving AIdriven transformation in software testing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software testing challenges.
