Job Description

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Write effective impactful copy that aligns strategically to the brief
- Complete assigned projects on time
- Serve as a resource on the product and therapeutic area
- Confidently juggle several projects at the same time
- Skilled in the referencing/annotating process partnering with Editorial to maintain core claims guide and editorial style guide
- Collaborating and communicating closely with Art partner offering creative solutions with a given deliverable
- Leading client presentations; presenting creative work in partnership with Art partner
- Lead MLR meetings to discuss feedback and offer copy solutions during meetings
- Develop close partnership with Medical Art Editorial and Studio team members
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in English Communications Medical degree preferred but not required
- 5 years of experience
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in pharmaceutical advertising with emphasis on social/digital deliverables targeting HCP and DTC audiences social/digital is a plus
- Proven ability to understand multiple therapeutic areas with an emphasis on HCP audience
- Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to write in different tones for different audiences (HCP and DTC)
- Ability to write (and rewrite) effective impactful copy that aligns strategically to the brief with minimal oversight
- Delivers pharma campaign concepts
