Job Description

Were looking for Business Controlling Trainee based in Pozna to join our Controlling Team.

Are you an ambitious student eager to transform theoretical knowledge into practical expertise Do you have a passion for data analytics and communication and the drive to make an impact in a realworld business environment

What you will be doing

You will work approximately 2030 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate your studies. However well rely on your support during critical deadlines.

As a Trainee you will provide support to Controlling department in the following areas:

  • Support in preparations and distribution of business reports
  • Salesforce incentive bonus calculation and maintenance of sales incentive tool including data uploads and data checks
  • Customer bonus calculation and administrative tasks relating to this process
  • Support in preparations of a monthly reporting package to management teams
  • Perform system testing and preparing basic data documentation
  • Maintain process knowledge documentation check completeness and correctness of instructions
  • Support in ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Prepare and deliver other tasks given by the supervisor

What you bring

We are looking for a responsible and motivated person ready for continuous development with an analytical mind and a good eye for detail. You will be supporting many specialists between teams so it is important to us that you are communicative and open to new challenges.

Your previous work experience is important but not crucial we would also love to hear about relevant projects you have been involved in.

In addition we are looking for a person who is/has:

  • Ideally after second year of Bachelor studies in Accounting or in a related field (e.g. Economics Finance) you must have a minimum of one year of study ahead of you
  • Good command of English both spoken and in written
  • Availability to work at least 20h/week greater availability on the first working days of the month is important to us
  • Good familiarity with MS Excel (advanced formulas & functions eg. Pivot Tables VLOOKUP etc.
  • Working knowledge of SAP systems would be an advantage but is not mandatory
  • Analytical skills and good work organization
