Full time Associate Veterinarian New Opportunity SignOn Bonus Winter Haven FL
A wellestablished partner hospital in Winter Haven FL is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their multidoctor medical team. This fullservice practice offers comprehensive care with stateoftheart equipment including ultrasound therapy laser and digital radiology. The clinic is committed to providing excellent care to small animals and welcomes a variety of species. The practice operates Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends offering a great worklife balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to animals with a relationshipbased approach
- Perform physical examinations diagnostic tests and treatments
- Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Conduct surgeries and other procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to provide highquality care
- Engage with the community and grow relationships within Winter Haven
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMAaccredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active license in good standing to practice in Florida (or the ability to obtain licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing excellent patient care and client education
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive work environment
