Location:Lower Mainland BC
Salary:$120000 $150000 base bonus benefits company vehicle and vacation

As a Civil Superintendent you will oversee daily operations onsite for various infrastructure projects ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to the highest standards. Youll be responsible for managing crews coordinating subcontractors and driving project schedules forward. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all onsite activities for civil construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards quality specifications and environmental regulations.
- Provide leadership to field crews fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Monitor project progress address challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct site meetings inspections and quality control checks to maintain project integrity.
- Prepare daily reports and documentation related to site activities and project milestones.
What Brings You to the Table:
- 10 years of experience in civil construction with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
- Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure including road construction underground utilities and excavation.
- Proven ability to lead and manage onsite construction teams effectively.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills in highpressure situations.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
