The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the Global Occupier Services (GOS) for a financial institution account. The individual would possess excellent technical organizational and communication skills. An individual with considerable judgment initiative ownership and time management skills is required to contribute in this dynamic team environment.Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
Undertake key aspects of administration for the Account Team;
Manage timelines and monitor assigned tasks and projects;
Manage monthly Global Account revenue (including booking revenue managing client rebate program) expense reporting and payables;
Coordinate client meetings internal meetings and special events;
Maintain and update Account templates;
Coordinate transaction documentation with the Account Team;
Provide assistance and technical support to the Account Team to maximize utility of reporting and webbased management tools.;
Assist with various aspects of client and team reporting including the preparation production and distribution;
Assist with Client and Team Presentations
Knowledge and Experience
University Degree or College Diploma;
35 years prior administrative support experience preferred;
Previous real estate experience preferred;
Advanced computer proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint);
Knowledge of SharePoint;
Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills;
Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities to ensure both client and Senior Management satisfaction;
Comfortable working in a deadlinedriven environment;
Maintain confidentiality and practice discretion when dealing with company and/or client communications reports and records;
