Job Description
Corewell Healthis seeking a full time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their team at Caledonia Family Medicine WalkIn Clinic.Inthis role you will provide same day primary care to patients in thesurroundingcommunities.
Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants canonlybe considered as we care for patients of all ages.
Qualifications
Physician Assistant
Required Masters Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
LICPhysician Assistant STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRTPhysician Asst Certified (PAC) NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Upon Hire required
CRTBasic Life Support (BLS) AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
CRTBasic Life Support (BLS) ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
CRTPediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required
CRTAdv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required
Nurse Practitioner
Required Masters Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a masters postmasters or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
3 years of relevant experience current relevant clinical experience
Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
