About the Role
An opportunity exists for a Clinical Nurse Consultant ABto join the multidisciplinary Continence Team. We are looking for someone who can work between 34 hours per week. You will be responsible for the assessment and management strategies for clients referred with continence issues. The service receives referrals from diverse sources including the community and specialist clinics at St Vincents including Urology and Colorectal.
Classifications for this position will range from classification range ZA7 ZA8 $125288 $128268 per annum pro rata).
Your Contribution
Experience in an area of continence management
Knowledge of current evidencebased practices in the area of continence assessment management and evaluation
Ability to provide comprehensive assessment and conservative interventions
Highly developed interpersonal skills including excellent communication
Demonstrated ability to work alone or within an interdisciplinary team
Current nationally coordinated criminal history check or willing to obtain

About Continence Clinic
The Continence Clinic provides specialist assessment and management of both urinary and faecal incontinence to people over 16 years of age in the geographical areas of the Cities of Darebin Yarra and Boroondara and Melbourne. It is a multidisciplinary clinic consisting of nurses physiotherapists geriatricians and admin staff. The service is based at St Georges Hospital Kew and St Vincents Hospital Fitzroy.
