Job Description

We are searching for an Administrative Technician on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W2 This is a temporary position with the potential for a permanent position.The person will be working a leading energy consulting firm specializing in energy procurement and management. Their mission is to provide exceptional service and innovative energy solutions to their diverse client base.

The primary role of this position involves processing gas and electric deals utilizing the customer relationship management (CRM) system. This individual will also be responsible for scanning hardcopy files and matching them accurately with records in our CRM system. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our daytoday business operations.

This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W2

Key Responsibilities:

Process the gas and electric deals using Salesforce CRM with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Partner with the sales team to obtain customer usage data.

Obtain quotes from gas and electric suppliers and prepare proposals for the sales team to send to enduse customers.

Scan hardcopy files and ensure they are correctly paired with corresponding records in the Salesforce CRM system.

Maintain organized and uptodate records in the CRM to support business operations.

Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies in documentation or data entries.

Assist in the improvement of process workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide updates and feedback on deal processing statuses.

Adhere to all company policies and data security protocols.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems.

Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

Ability to handle and organize large volumes of paperwork and electronic data.

Competency in scanning and digitizing hardcopy documents.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Good communication and teamwork skills to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues.

Prior experience in the energy sector or deal processing is a plus.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Additional certifications or coursework in CRM systems data management or a related field is a plus.
