Job Description

Real Estate NonCredit Trainers (Part Time Temporary Applicant Pool)

Position Reports to: Director of Workforce Development

Duties

  • Effective delivery of required content material to students seeking to obtain a PA salesperson license 30 hour and 45 hour course
  • Teach in person or online through colleges learning management system depending on the needs of the students
  • Maintain accurate student records for attendance that comply with school policy and state real estate commission requirements
  • Effectively manage student course materials for distribution
  • Create and deliver effective lesson plans and instructional materials based on book and course curriculum

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of real estate
  • Valid PA Real Estate License required (Salesperson or Broker)
  • Prior teaching experience or training required
  • Indepth knowledge of national and statespecific real estate principles and practices
  • Proficiency with standard technology to be used for instruction
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct presentations for both small and largegroup instruction
  • Ability to adapt instruction as necessary to meet the needs of the students
  • Computer literacy

Montgomery County Community College is seeking applicants to:

  • Provide appropriate support for students including answering student questions or supplementing course learning with selfmade materials or activities as
  • Creating a safe positive and respectful learning environment for all students by establishing rapport class expectations and learning
  • Selfreflection and periodic evaluation of instructional strategies and success both formally and informally to improve instructional
