Real Estate NonCredit Trainers (Part Time Temporary Applicant Pool)
Position Reports to: Director of Workforce Development
Duties
- Effective delivery of required content material to students seeking to obtain a PA salesperson license 30 hour and 45 hour course
- Teach in person or online through colleges learning management system depending on the needs of the students
- Maintain accurate student records for attendance that comply with school policy and state real estate commission requirements
- Effectively manage student course materials for distribution
- Create and deliver effective lesson plans and instructional materials based on book and course curriculum
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of real estate
- Valid PA Real Estate License required (Salesperson or Broker)
- Prior teaching experience or training required
- Indepth knowledge of national and statespecific real estate principles and practices
- Proficiency with standard technology to be used for instruction
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct presentations for both small and largegroup instruction
- Ability to adapt instruction as necessary to meet the needs of the students
- Computer literacy
