Job Description
The Birches Academy is a STEAM integrated public charter school located in Salem NH. The mission of the Birches Academy is to provide excellence in core academics and the arts while cultivating the individual qualities and strengths of each child. This position is for a parttime Human Resources are hiring a parttime Human Resources Generalist for about 15 hours per HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR duties to support the whole school of approximately 60 :Recruiting and onboarding new employeesBenefits administration and coordination of open enrollment with employeesComplianceCoordination of leaves of absences and workers compensationEmployee relationsMaintaining filesStaff appreciationBiweekly payrollAnd any other duties as assigned by managementQualifications: Bachelors Degree5 years of experiencePayroll experience preferred but will train
