Job Description
THE ROLE
As a Bartender you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests as well as maintaining a clean and tidy bar. Your tasks as Bartender will include but will not be limited to:
- Interact with guests present menus take orders and make recommendations and serve snacks and drinks
- Make sure the bar is set up and closed down accurately and on time; cleaned restocked garnishes and all mise en place prepared and ready on time.
- To provide a genuine attentive and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the bar menu including the beer wine sake and cocktail list.
- To feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
