What Youll Do
As a Sales Manager youll lead mentor and drive performance in a fastpaced multifranchise environment. Your focus will be team development sales strategy customer satisfaction and overall dealership growth.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead coach and support the sales team to achieve performance and volume goals.
Build and maintain a highenergy resultsdriven sales culture.
Collaborate with F&I service and other departments to streamline the customer experience.
Use CRM tools and performance analytics to drive accountability and results.
Recruit train and develop top sales talent.
Champion a customerfirst approach across both stores.

Proven success in automotive sales management
Ability to lead by example inspire others and create a performancedriven team
Strong understanding of inventory management and modern dealership operations
CRM and datasavvy with a willingness to learn and adapt
