Actively promote Zens productsto foreign customers government agencies and defence organizations(Triforces).
Engage with key decisionmakersin target markets ensuring timely followups and inperson meetings asrequired.
Gather competitive intelligenceincluding pricing trends and strategies of competitor companies.
Physical Visits for presentationsliaison to the channel partners and defence industries.
Represent the company at globaldefence forums trade shows seminars and exhibitions organized by SIDMDDP FICCI CII ASOCHAM and other relevant entities.
Collaborate with Indian DfenseAttachs (DAs) Foreign Dfense Attaches (DAs in India) and POCs in theEmbassies for Defence Exports to explore and leverage business opportunities.
Coordinate visits of foreigndelegations to Zen facilities and arrange highlevel meetings withstakeholders.
Maintain regular communicationwith Zens international representatives ensuring strategic alignment andmarket updates.
Manage and drive endtoendexport operations ensuring compliance with international regulations andindustry best practices.
Undertake any additional exportand business development tasks as directed by the leadership
Skills & Competencies Required:
Proven experience in global business strategy development andexecution.
Strong knowledge of Dfense export markets particularlyin counterdrone solutions and Defence or Security Training needs.
Expertise in contract negotiation and highvalue dealstructuring.
Indepth understanding of government and Dfense procurement processes across various international markets.
Excellent relationship managementskills with Dfense stakeholders embassies and government bodies.
Willing to perform with Targetbased environment.
Willing to travel extensively.
Education & Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM(Marketing/International Business) or equivalent.
Additional certifications in international trade business strategy or Dfenseprocurement will be an added advantage.
ExDfensepersonnel with business development expertise preferred.
Experience Required:
1015years of experience in International Business Development preferably in the Dfense sector.
Prior experience in global Dfense sales exports and strategicpartnerships is highly desirable.

Hyderabad/Delhi (Candidate shouldbe flexible to travel as per requirement)
