Job Description
*STARTING PAY RANGE IS BETWEEN $19.00/HR AND $30.00/HR BASED ON EXPERIENCE*

As we continue to expand we are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team.
Our Interview Process:

Our comprehensive interview process is designed to not only evaluate your skills and experience but also give you a taste of what its like to work with us. Heres a breakdown of our process:
1. Initial Phone Screening: We start with a casual conversation to discuss the basic details of the position and to introduce you to our company culture. During this call well also explain our interview process and answer any questions you may have.
2. InPerson Interview with HR Manager: Youll have the opportunity to meet with our HR Manager to further discuss the position your qualifications and how you align with our company values.
3. Background Check and Drug Test: To ensure the safety and security of our team and clients we conduct a thorough background check and drug test as part of our hiring process.
4. Working Interview:
Position Overview: The Electrician will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical work excellent problemsolving skills and a commitment to delivering superior craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain electrical systems wiring and fixtures in accordance with local building codes and regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings to determine electrical requirements
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Collaborate with project managers contractors and other tradespeople to coordinate electrical work on construction projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices to prevent accidents and injuries
- Keep accurate records of work performed materials used and time spent on projects
- Mentor and train apprentice electricians as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid journeyman or masters electrician license or equivalent certification if applicable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a journeyman electrician
- Thorough understanding of electrical systems and components
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
