- Cooking both raw and preprepared foods with precision
- Accurately labeling dating and filling food pans
- Cleaning organizing and upkeeping refrigerators hot boxes and grills
- Conducting inventory checks and restocking items as needed
- Communicating with team members to ensure the use of fresh quality ingredients
- Adapting to highpressure situations effectively
- Understanding and adhering to food safety and temperature regulations
- Maintaining a consistently professional and composed demeanor
- Current Food Handler certification
- Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in working efficiently in fastpaced environments
- Skilled in multitasking and organizing tasks effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to reach bend squat and lift while on the shift
- Ability to withstand frequent exposure to smoke steam grease and high temperatures
- Familiarity with various kitchen equipment
