Job Description
Our client is seeking experienced Licensed 215 or 240 Health Insurance Agents to join their newly established ACA office near Delray Boca Raton Border. This is a prime opportunity to excel during the Open Enrollment Period (OEP) with all inbound customergenerated leads.
Location: Approx. Congress Ave Boca Raton FL
Shift Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (can work until 8:00 PM); Saturday: 10:00 AM 3:00 PM (Saturday is optional)
Key Responsibilities
- Be punctual responsible and professional in your role.
- Assist customers by working the phones and ensuring compliance with CMS regulations.
- Handle inbound customergenerated leads effectively using tools like Health Sherpa and TLD platforms.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as an ACA agent or be familiar with selling on three way calls.
- Licenses and Certifications: Hold a valid 240 or 215 license 2025 FFM certification and be in good standing with CMS.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Health Sherpa and TLD platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
Remote Pay Structure (No Base Pay):
- Less than 50 deals $15/deal
- 5174 deals $20/deal
- 75100 deals $25/deal
- Greater than 100 deals $30/deal
Bonus: $500 hiring bonus paid after 30 days of continuous employment.
