This position offers an intern(s) the opportunity to work and gain an applicable working knowledge of the asset management and property management functions in support of the Property Management programs delivered at 4year accredited colleges in the footprint of Community Housing Partners. This internship will provide networking opportunities exposure to a variety of positions in the field of affordable housing and the chance to develop a deeper understanding of what it is to work for a large nonprofit organization. The intern will work remotely and in person for a set period of time hours determined based on semester availability. Interns may have the opportunity to work in person at various CHP property locations as deemed reasonable per the students course schedule. Work hours will be managed to accommodate the students course schedule. At least one meeting per work week with the internship supervisor is required and if the intern expresses an interest in learning about other aspects of CHPs work every effort will be made to provide additional exposure. This opportunity is available for one 8week semester and is open to current college juniors seniors and recent graduates.
Requirements

Hours
This30hourperweekinternship runs through the Summer 2025 semester from June to July.
