ABOUT
Become a part of our strong TRATON HR Business team by joining us earliest from September 2025. The HR Business team takes care of all HRrelated issues for all employees such as recruiting employment contracts employee transfers remuneration and covers many other topics as e.g. employer branding global assignments and company services.
JOB DESCRIPTION
/ You will support the HR Business Partners in all operational HR issues (employment contracts employee transfers remuneration measures reference letters works council hearings etc.
/ You will support the recruitment activities (e.g. screening resumes interview scheduling and participating in interviews)
/ You will assist in planning and executing employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives including career fairs and other events
/ If needed or when interested you support our Company Services team in different employee services
/ You will participate and work in HRrelated projects with us and on your own
YOUR SKILLS
/ You are enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program preferably in the fields of HR Business Administration Psychology or similar
/ You are inspired by HR topics and digitalization
/ You have attention to detail the ability to work independently and strong communication and interpersonal skills
/ You have good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
/ You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
