About the Team

The Business Change team is part of the Global Shareholder Services (GSS) team within FTAMC responsible for Internal Communications Training and Policies & Procedures for the GSS vertical. Additionally we support Asia and EMEA teams with training and adhoc requirements.

Role Overview

This is a senior professional role within a dynamic and growing team. The TA Analyst will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging communications training content user manuals reports and internal site updates. The role requires a strong command of written and verbal communication coupled with advanced proficiency in content creation and design tools.

We are seeking a creative thinker and innovator who can bring fresh engaging ideas to transform how we communicate and train ensuring content is visually appealing impactful and effective. This role demands expertise in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) online design tools (Canva Adobe Captivate Articulate Storyline) and Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning).

Strong relationshipbuilding skills are critical as the role involves collaborating with multiple business functions across GSS and AMC. Additionally a keen eye for accuracy efficiency and process improvements is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Development

    • Deliver training for new hires and existing employees on:
      • Customer service product knowledge policies & procedures operational processes and businessspecific training
      • Awareness training and supporting new projects and initiatives
    • Create and maintain engaging training content for process procedures and adhoc business requirements.
    • Prepare learningfocused articles and internal posts to foster a continuous learning environment.
  • Content & Communication Design

    • Create centralized communications reports and updates for GSS & nonGSS teams.
    • Develop stepbystep user manuals for tools and processes.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and metrics for designing newsletters magazines and training materials.
    • Leverage design tools (Canva Adobe Captivate Articulate Storyline) to produce visually engaging and highimpact communications.
  • Policy & Procedure Management

    • Create update and maintain policies and procedures for all India GSS processes.
    • Continuously improve communication training and policy frameworks to enhance clarity and accessibility.

Ideal Qualifications Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in any field with strong experience in content creation and visual storytelling.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process & Soft Skills Trainer with expertise in content design.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) to handle largescale content communications and reporting.
  • Strong creative skills with experience using design and content creation tools:
    • Canva Adobe Captivate Articulate Storyline or similar platforms.
  • Ability to design engaging visual content and present data in a compelling way.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders including senior FT leadership.
  • Strong analytical mindset to understand processes and create userfriendly training materials manuals and business communications.
  • Excellent organizational planning and problemsolving skills with an ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible adaptable and proactive in a fastpaced environment.
