Your role in our team
Understand and challenge the needs of customers in order to define the requirements
Specify and document requirements for simple subject areas with clearlydefined boundaries
Create business process and functional system documentation using UMLartifacts
Actively participate in an agile software development team
Collaborate with the team to break down a business requirement into estimated user stories
Analyse user stories and translate them into the most appropriate conceptual model (use case diagrams activity diagram information models
Assist the assessment and application of requested changes to baselined requirements
How you strengthen our team
Business Analysis Techniques
Good knowledge of BPMN and UML modelling tools
At least three years experience as functional/business analyst
Knowledge of relational databases and being able to write simple database queries in SQL (nice to have).
Good analytical and conceptual skills
Affinity with IT
Communication skills
Ability to fluently communicate in French (spoken) or Dutch (spoken) and English (spoken and written)
Be resident in Belgium with a valid work permit
Bachelor or master degree with a focus on Information Technology or equivalent
Certifications
Process Modelling
BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (Consultant Experienced Consultant)
