About the Role:
Are you an experienced SAP Finance professional with a passion for driving business transformation Were partnering with a leading global consultancy to find an SAP Finance Manager who will play a key role in helping organizations unlock the full potential of SAP Finance solutions. In this exciting and dynamic role you will work directly with clients across industries to design implement and optimize SAP solutions tailored to their financial processes.
Based in Belgium you will be part of a collaborative team that provides exceptional strategic guidance ensuring clients leverage SAP Finance to streamline their operations improve financial reporting and drive innovation. As a trusted advisor you will lead SAP Finance projects from conception to managing both internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Finance Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions (FI/CO modules) to optimize clients financial operations including budgeting forecasting reporting and closing processes.
Project Management: Oversee endtoend SAP Finance projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and in line with client specifications. Manage resources timelines and deliverables while effectively coordinating with crossfunctional teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders including CFOs and finance teams to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions that meet both operational and strategic business needs.
Process Optimization: Conduct thorough assessments of financial processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement recommending SAPdriven solutions that enhance efficiency accuracy and transparency.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants providing guidance expertise and support to ensure the successful of projects and the professional growth of team members.
Client Training & Support: Provide expertlevel training and support to clients on SAP Finance functionalities ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to maximize the value of their SAP systems.
Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with the latest SAP advancements industry trends and best practices actively contributing to the development of methodologies and tools within the consultancy.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP Finance (FI/CO modules) with a proven track record in successfully managing SAP implementation and optimization projects for clients.
Consultancy Experience: Strong experience in a consultancy environment with the ability to manage multiple client projects deliver highquality service and maintain excellent client relationships.
SAP Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SAP Finance modules (FI/CO) and related functionality. Expertise in configuring customizing and optimizing SAP Finance systems is essential.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams mentor junior consultants and manage both internal and clientfacing relationships effectively.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Dutch or French with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
ProblemSolving: A strategic thinker who can identify challenges propose solutions and implement changes that drive measurable improvements in financial operations.
Certifications: SAP Finance certifications (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate Financial Accounting) are a plus.
