Business Centre Manager Winnipeg
Reporting To: Vice President & General Manager
Are you ready to take ownership of a thriving business centre and lead it to new heights Noramco is looking for a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Centre Manager to drive success at our Winnipeg location. This role is your opportunity to lead a highperforming team build meaningful strategies and shape the future of our Commercial & Industrial OEM Utilities and Telecom salesdivisions.
Your Role
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee operations sales and administration while mentoring a team of six to achieve ambitious sales and margin goals.
- Strategize for Growth: Develop and execute plans to expand key accounts strengthen customer relationships and drive profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Manage branch P&L streamline inventory and logistics and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with national teams build vendor relationships and resolve customer challenges with precision and professionalism.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of industry experience or a strong mix of relevant expertise and education.
- Proven leadership and financial acumen with P&L management experience.
- Strategic thinking excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- A proactive energetic approach to driving results and inspiring success.
