Job Description
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a fulltime Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to meet the growing demand for obstetrics & gynecology services at FPN Family Wellness Center located in Munster IN. Interested candidate will join our proficient group of 4 physicians and support staff. This program is wellrespected and there is a healthy collaborative relationship with hospital administration.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have past or present Womens Health experience with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Clinic hours: MWF 8:00 AM 4:30 PM; T/TH 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
No call expectation
Average outpatient volume: 15 20 patients per day
No travel to outreach locations but will support patients that come from Dyer
Common Diagnoses and Procedures
Antepartum and Postpartum care
Pap smears
Breast exams
Vaginosis

Qualifications:
Masters Degree Required
Physician Assistant Certified (PAC) Required or
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) American Heart Association Required
