Perfect Household Staff is seeking a highly skilled and professional Travelling Butler with proven experience working aboard a motor yacht as this is a key requirement for the role. This unique position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service while travelling extensively with the principal who frequently spends significant time aboard a 100metre superyacht. The Travelling Butler must seamlessly adapt to the dynamic environment of the yacht ensuring all aspects of daily life and travel logistics are meticulously arrangedfrom coordinating yacht crew and guest services to managing the principals needs both on board and during international trips.
The household operates multiple residences and business interests across Europe Asia and the United States requiring the Travelling Butler to transition seamlessly between locations while maintaining impeccable service standards across all environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of travel logistics including flight bookings private aviation ground transportation and ensuring that all packing unpacking documents and personal items are meticulously prepared and in order. Additionally the role involves overseeing the preparation and presentation of meals working closely with chefs to meet dietary preferences managing wardrobe requirements and providing impeccable table service.
Beyond travel logistics the Travelling Butler will also support the principals business operations. This includes ensuring meeting venues are set up to the highest standard liaising with office staff assisting with document preparation and arranging refreshments for corporate functions. The Travelling Butler will also ensure the principals work environment remains organised professional and discreet particularly when handling sensitive business matters.
The position requires working closely with security teams household staff yacht crew and personal assistants to ensure smooth coordination of activities and exceptional service. Travelling Butler duties will include:
