Description

Statement of the job: TheInstitutional Events and Alumni & Donor Engagement Specialist will coordinate the planning and of experiential institutional events such as Commencement Convocation anniversary celebrations and special universityevents to inspireincreased engagement with UMA alumni donors and community members and to increase UMAs visibility. This position also directly supports and contributes to the growth of an emerging alumni relations and advancement program by collaborating with and reporting to the Vice President of Advancement and Alumni Relations to identify and implement new strategies and tactics for engaging alumni and raising philanthropic funds to support UMAs mission.

Salary: The normal hiring salary range for this position is in the mid 50s mid 60s and is commensurate with training education and experience and will take into consideration the salary of current UMS employees for transfer/promotion.
